Prior Auth Management: The Prior Authorization Portal now supports direct PDF form editing, making it easier to update and finalize submissions. Users can also complete the full authorization questionnaire within the UI, which automatically generates a comprehensive bundle for seamless submission. These updates streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve overall efficiency.
Referral Management: Referral Management now includes enhanced coverage validation displayed directly in the platform, updated navigation for a consistent experience across applications, and simple accept/reject actions with a redesigned dashboard for clear referral tracking.
