Support for Contextual responses: Skypoint AI Copilot now utilizes chat history to provide accurate, contextually relevant responses, distinguishing between grounded and ungrounded inputs while adapting to context changes. It retrieves past responses, handles unrelated prompts independently, and combines relevant history to form complete queries, ensuring precise and efficient interactions.
Enabled Provenance for Medicare B2B Copilot: The Medicare Copilot now features a streamlined interface for viewing source information behind responses. Users can easily review and verify details with a single click, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

Support Multiple Azure Subscription: We have introduced distributed Azure subscription support for storage accounts, which enabled flexible data storage architectures alongside our Bring Your Own (BYO) feature for storage accounts, offering greater scalability and control for Skypoint users.
Dr Chrono API Connector: The newly deployed DrChrono API connector automates secure data retrieval for patients, appointments, and custom demographics, featuring automatic token refresh, cursor-based pagination, and flexible support for both incremental & full data loads to ensure efficient daily updates.

ACA Retriever Agent Revamp: We are upgrading the Affordable Care Act Retriever Agent to leverage the latest agent architecture, transforming it from a traditional API retriever into a modular agent designed to fetch data from the Marketplace API with significantly reduced latency. This enhancement will improve query efficiency and accuracy, providing users with faster and more intelligent querying capabilities.
Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) Solution: The upcoming MaaS solution provides fully managed, scalable access to LLMs for real-time chatbots and batch processing, with an intuitive interface, enhanced security, and flexible usage-based pricing, eliminating the need for infrastructure management.

New Look for Studio Sign Up and Sign In: We are excited to announce an upcoming, user-friendly, and intuitive UI for Sign Up and Sign-In in Studio. This redesigned interface offers smooth animations for an engaging, seamless, and accessible user experience.
Skypoint Compute Credit: The Skypoint AI Platform will soon introduce a Compute Credit System, providing transparency in billing based on computation, storage, and data transfer. Users can view credit utilization on the billing page, with credits allocated by plan and total usage tracked for better cost management.
Revamp User Invite Flow with Fluent 2 Design: The user invite flow in Skypoint AI Studio is being revamped with Fluent 2 UI Design, to offer a more intuitive, streamlined experience that will enhance usability, improve the overall look and feel, and make user management more efficient.
Reftab Connector: Our upcoming API integration with the Reftab data source will enable seamless regular data synchronization, point-in-time reporting, and support for both automated and manual triggers.
Dr Chrono Write-Back Connector: We are excited to introduce our upcoming Dr Chrono Write-Back functionality, which will enable efficient patient data updates from Excel to Dr Chrono via streamlined API integration.
