Using Skypoint AI

Overview​

Welcome to the Private Copilot personalization guide! The Private Copilot allows you to create a fully personalized experience, aligned with your brand and theme preferences. This customizable feature offers unique branding, theme options, and dedicated access points. It is divided into two main sections:

  1. Site Settings: Customize the customer URL, page title, and theme color to match your brand’s identity.

  2. Branding: Add your brand icon and image, with flexible options to adjust the alignment to your preference.

Step-by-Step Customization​

Follow these steps to have a fully branded, personalized copilot that aligns with your brand’s identity and business needs.

  1. Navigate to the Private Copilot tab within the AI Configurator module on your Skypoint AI Studio dashboard.

  1. Click the New Private Copilot button to start customizing your copilot. If you're revising an existing copilot, follow the instructions in the final step.

  2. In the Site Settings section, enter the custom URL for your private copilot, set the page title, and choose a theme color.

  1. After entering the necessary information, click Save and Next to continue.

  1. Proceed to the Branding Settings, where you can upload a brand icon and image, with options to customize the image alignment.

Use the Preview changes feature to check how copilot will look to users after uploading brand icon and image.

  1. After updating the brand settings, select Save Changes to apply them to the Copilot.

  1. The updated copilot will be displayed on the Private Copilot page under access endpoints.

  1. To further edit or modify your private copilot, click the three dots next to the copilot and choose Edit from the drop-down menu.

Ensure that your branding elements (icons, images, colors) are consistent throughout the copilot for a cohesive look.
