Skypoint BizApps​

  • Referral Management (Internal Preview): Skypoint AI’s Referral Management streamlines the referral lifecycle using AI agents to reduce manual work and uncover new revenue opportunities for specialty care providers. It connects to emails, faxes, and other channels; automatically classifies incoming referrals; extracts key data into a unified dashboard; and flags missing information for faster triage. An internal preview is now available to explore these capabilities.

  • Prior Authorization Portal - Enhancements: The Prior Auth Management Portal now includes seamless payer integration, enabling more connected and efficient workflows. We've also added email and SMS notifications to keep users informed in real time, along with an upgraded PDF form experience featuring a cleaner and more intuitive UI.

  • Risk & Gap Insights on Lia: Lia now supports Care and Diagnosis Gaps with RAF (Risk Adjustment Factor) scores, enabling more proactive and targeted interventions. We've also added deeper risk stratification through Charlson Comorbidity Score and LACE Index, giving care teams greater visibility into patient complexity and potential hospitalization risk.

  • Devin – AI Agent Now Displays Source Links in Copilot: Devin, our AI-powered document analyst, now shows the source of each response directly in Copilot—whether it comes from a website, PDF, or internal document. This enhancement improves transparency, helps users verify information, and ensures greater trust in every AI-assisted interaction.

  • Unity Catlog Migration: Migrated to Unity Catalog for improved data governance and centralized table management. This enhances security, simplifies access controls, and provides a consistent experience across all environments.
