This enhancement enable more comprehensive data analysis by allowing the agent to access and process content from public websites. Devin delivers context-rich, document-grounded responses with secure, serverless scalability to ensure high performance and reliability at scale.

  • August Health connector: August Health Connector integrates the August Health EHR platform with your system, streamlining administrative workflows, enhancing resident safety through real-time data sync, and supporting proactive care strategies for improved outcomes in senior living communities.

  • Email Notification for Connectors: Skypoint AI now enables users to configure email notifications for connector runs. Users can choose to receive alerts for successful executions, failures, or both ensuring timely updates on data pipeline performance. This feature helps teams stay informed, respond quickly to issues, and maintain data flow reliability.

  • Enhanced User Settings & Track Support Tickets on Copilot: Skypoint AI Copilot has been enhanced to improve user experience. Users can now conveniently track their support requests directly from the Settings page in Copilot, while the updated User Settings interface provides a more streamlined and intuitive experience for managing preferences.

  • Introducing Care Management Agent (Lia): We are introducing Lia an alpha release of the Skypoint AI Care Management Agent, now available on demand as a Chrome Extension. Lia works with any EHR by reading patient information in real time and delivering insights through Resident 360 to support faster clinical decisions.
