  • Prompt Library Display on B2B Copilot: The B2B Copilot now includes a Prompt Library display, showcasing an expandable list of predefined prompts which are accessible in both new and ongoing conversations. This new feature enhances accessibility, reduces manual query typing, and boosts conversational efficiency.

  • Plan Finder Agent for Insurance: The Plan Finder Agent is designed to retrieve and display a comprehensive list of all available plans that match the specified criteria. The Plan Finder API ensures that users receive a detailed response containing relevant plans, tailored to their specific needs and preferences, based on the input parameters provided.

  • Rule based Support Tool: A new rule based support tool within the Copilot is available, which will equip agents with real-time, rule-based guidance to address consumer objections, provide tailored responses, eligibility insights, ensuring efficient interactions and comprehensive, cost-effective insurance solutions.

  • ACA Retriever Agent Revamp: We have upgraded the Affordable Care Act Retriever Agent to leverage the latest agent architecture, transforming it from a traditional API retriever into a modular agent designed to fetch data from the Marketplace API with significantly reduced latency. This enhancement has improved query efficiency and accuracy, providing users with faster and more intelligent querying capabilities.

  • Aunt Bertha Extractor: The new Aunt Bertha Extractor in Skypoint AI Copilot will help extract the Aunt Bertha official website information and provide agents with insights into local community resources like food assistance, housing, and medical support, enhancing consumer well-being and addressing diverse needs.

  • Dr Chrono Write-Back Connector: We have introduced Dr Chrono Write-Back functionality, which will enable efficient patient data updates from Excel to Dr Chrono via streamlined API integration.

  • Dr Chrono Connector Enhancement: The Dr Chrono connector now supports incremental runs, enabling updates as frequently as every 15 minutes for all entities. This ensures that data remains up-to-date, providing customers with access to the latest information at all times.
