Skypoint AI:

• Launch of Skypoint CoPilot: - In this latest update, we are excited to unveil the Skypoint CoPilot, a substantial upgrade aimed at refining user experience. This release features a more sophisticated response presentation, enhanced chat functionalities, and a comprehensive conversation history management system. These improvements are tailored to simplify interactions and boost productivity.
• Skypoint AI Help+Support - Revamped ‘New Support Request’ Section: An upgrade to the ‘New Support Request’ section within the Studio App focuses on making the feature more intuitive and user-friendly, streamlining the process for our users.

Astra DB:

• Full Mode Rearchitecture with AstraTunnel: - We’ve reengineered our system architecture using AstraTunnel, ensuring a more robust and efficient performance tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Individualized Astra DB Provisioning: - Each tenant now benefits from a dedicated Astra DB provisioning, offering enhanced data management and security.

Platform:

• Introduction of ‘Start with Active’ Filter for Enhanced User Display - Previously, the Display Users screen in our system showed both active and inactive members together, without a distinct filter. We have now resolved this issue by implementing the “Start with Active” filter. This new feature is applied to the Active column in the users grid, allowing for a more organized and efficient display of user statuses.
• Map Versions Fields Accuracy Improved - In previous versions, the ‘Updated’ and ‘Created by’ fields in the Map versions displayed incorrect values. This issue has been rectified, and now the correct values are accurately presented in these fields on the Map version page.
• Enhanced Backend Logging for Prompts: - TThe issue where some prompts were inaccurately logged with a count of 0 has been resolved. We have introduced comprehensive logging for all prompts in the backend, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
• CoPilot Page User Interface Improvements:- User interface issues on the CoPilot page have been resolved. Clicking on the ellipse now correctly triggers a pop-up adjacent to the relevant history, enhancing usability. Furthermore, the removal of the entire copyright text from the page provides a cleaner and more streamlined experience for users.
• CoPilot Page User Interface Improvements:- Access Control Enforcement in CoPilot Application: We have addressed and resolved the issue where users without proper access permissions were able to access a specific tenant’s CoPilot application. Appropriate access controls are now firmly in place to prevent unauthorized access.
