Release version 7.1.1

Release version 7.1.1 includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Feature updates

Skypoint Dashboard:

  • View different master data on Dashboard - In the Skypoint Studio dashboard, users can select the master data. It provides a centralized view of an organization’s master data, allowing users to access, analyze, and manage the information quickly and easily in their organization. After selecting the master data from the dropdown menu, the dashboard displays the Profiles, Metrics, Timelines, Dataflow contribution index, and more in widgets.

Skypoint Lakehouse:

  • Usage of the Lakehouse SQL-created tables - The Unity Catalog is enhanced to support downstream processes using Lakehouse SQL-created tables. This includes Map, Match, Merge, Timelines, Metrics, Audience, and Predictions. With this enhancement, users can effectively manage and analyze their data ingested through Lakehouse SQL, resulting in more accurate and efficient downstream processes.

Settings and administration:

  • Deidentification of PII and PHI data - Skypoint provides solutions for the deidentification of PII and PHI data. Deidentification involves the removal or masking of identifying information from data to protect individuals’ privacy and comply with privacy regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA. This process enables the safe use of sensitive data for research and analysis purposes.
  • Upgradation of the Databricks runtime - Upgraded Databricks runtime to the latest version (11.3) LTS for ML model pipelines.
  • Remove the Vault section – The Vault section is removed from the left navigation pane in Skypoint Studio.

Resolved issues

Skypoint Studio:

  • The issue where the count of profiles shown as zero in the Profile card in the Dashboard when users select Email/Phone has been fixed. The count displays the correct number of profiles for Email/Phone.

Skypoint Lakehouse:

  • Fixed the issue where the tables created with Lakehouse SQL weren’t showing up in the UI application. Now, users can see the Lakehouse SQL tables in the Lakehouse > Databases under the bronze layer.

Skypoint Resolve:

  • Fixed a bug where previously saved de-duplication settings were not showing up on the edit page after making changes or completing the process. To see de-duplication settings, go to Resolve > Map and click on “Set tables” or edit the selected table, and the previously saved settings should now be displayed.

Skypoint Master data:

  • To handle the ACS refresh process, show the progress of refresh, disable adding attributes during refresh, and remove the in-progress icon when refresh is complete. These steps ensure smooth process handling and consistency in the process.
  • Users can create Timelines using the Lakehouse external tables, and all the dropdowns for attributes and tables are available.

Skypoint Predict:

  • Edit page of the Subscription churn model displays and works properly.
  • The option to “Cancel run” is disabled while Topic model categorization is in progress.
  • Resolved an issue where previous unsaved data was displayed when clicking on “Edit category” for a Topic Modelling prediction after changing the configuration and clicking on the “Close” icon.

Skypoint Activate:

  • The grid for the Audience created from the profiles displays the correct member count.
  • Incomplete profiles awaiting merging in the Unify page will no longer appear in the “Select Master Data” dropdown on the Audience and Metric pages.
  • When creating an audience, only tables related to the selected master data will be listed in the dropdown.
  • The Metric page will replace the “Run” label with “Cancel Run” after the user has executed the Metrics.
  • Fixed the issue where the audience and timelines were appearing under the bronze tab instead of the gold tab in the Lakehouse > Databases.
