Feature updates

​

Skypoint Dataflow:

• UKG connector - UKG offers a workforce optimization platform. This platform helps teams improve compliance, scheduling, HR service delivery, reporting and analytics, time and attendance. You can use Skypoint’s built-in connector for importing data from UKG.

​

Skypoint Resolve:

• Map configuration post dataflow import update - When dataflows are updated post a map run, user would be notified on map screen about updating map configuration and/or re-running map.
• Entity wise run - Displaying datatypes on map screen and enabling entity wise run.

​

Skypoint Settings and Administration:

• SkypointGPT usage on instance data - A user of Skypoint MDSP, has an option to use SkypointGPT on instance data. This will allow users to synchronize new data/entities loaded on the Skypoint platform with SkypointGPT with enhanced capabilities of Generative AI.

Resolved issues

Skypoint Resolve:

• Map cleanup time reduction: Reduced the map data cleanup operation from 20 minutes to 9 minutes.

Skypoint Master Data:

• Region based phone formats: Phone number on profiles would be displayed in the country format the profile belongs to.
• Adding/removing attributes to profiles screen: User will not be able to add/remove attributes until after the previous addition it has been synchronized with Azure AI Search. Also, profiles will be visible without an application refresh once the synchronization is complete.
• Map and Unify configuration save: User will not be able to run map or unify (match, merge) operations until they are saved.
• Timeline details not saved: Upon saving the timeline configuration details are now being saved.
• Deduplication settings were not saved: On edit, deduplication settings are being saved.
• Pagination on audience: Pagination on audiences is fixed.
• Lakehouse SQL: Profiles and timelines will work for managed tables created using lakehouse SQL.

Skypoint Predict:

• Support for more than one purchase log: User can add more than one purchase log for churn model.
• Topic model configuration: In topic model configuration page, submit and cancel buttons will be displayed irrespective of number of topics. Also, all topics will be listed on the configuration page along with declared categories.
• Customer churn model: Number of days is reduced to 30 days.

Skypoint Activate:

• Profile metrics displayed for all: Profile metrics will now be displayed only on the profiles corresponding to the master data the metric was created for.

Skypoint Empower:

• Date format for reports: Date format updated to MM-DD-YYYY.

​

Skypoint Settings and Administration:

• Billing: New plans that are added in stripe are visible on the billing page.
• Instance Id in the URL: The instance ID was being lost the side bar was being toggled, now it will be retained.
• Platform settings page: Full (with persistent identifier) and incremental refresh types are enabled for ‘Refresh All’.
• Branding improvements: Logo updated in signup email.
