Changing Billing Settings

Overview

The Billing info page enables you to check the current billing plan that you have been registered with Skypoint AI. The ‘pay for what you use’ pricing model allows you to avoid spending on excess capacities that you don’t need right away. This gives you more flexibility to scale up by spending on your immediate needs.

The consumption-based pricing model offers you the following:

  • $7.50 per Skypoint AI credit.
  • A credit equals one hour of usage – billed per second with a one-minute minimum.
  • Pay-as-you-go with no commitments or minimums.

Prerequisite

You should have the following prerequisites to check your Billing Settings:

  • An active billing plan with Skypoint AI.

To cancel current Billing plan

Follow the below steps to cancel the current billing plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing Info.

The Billing Settings page appears.

  1. In the Subscriptions tab, click Cancel plan to cancel your current plan.

The Cancel plan pop-up appears.

  1. Click Ok.
note

Cancelling your current plan will cancel the plan in your upcoming billing cycle and post that, you would not be able to access Skypoint AI.

To apply Coupon

In case, you have a promocode, follow the below steps to apply it:

  1. In the Subscriptions tab, click Apply promocode.

The Apply Promocode pop-up appears.

  1. Type the Promocode in the Promo Code text area.
  2. Click Apply.

To change Base plan

Follow the below steps to change your ongoing base plan:

  1. In the Subscriptions tab, select one of the following billing plans:
ItemDescription
ConsumptionEnables you to pay $7.50 per credit for what you use.
MonthlyEnables you to pay monthly through subscription-based pricing per storage capacity and reserved compute usage.

  1. Click Contact us for the new billing plan you want to select.

The Contact Skypoint AI page appears.

  1. Fill the Contact us form.
  2. Click Submit.

Once you submit the Contact us form, Skypoint’s team will get back to you within one working day.

To view usage details

The Usage Report is a powerful tool for tracking resource utilization and storage consumption. Skypoint AI Studio provides real-time data and actionable analytics on usage per tenant per instance across various time intervals, offering complete visibility into resource consumption to support informed decision-making.

Usage Report Availability Update

The Usage Report with computed details can typically be accessed from the Usage tab. However, it is currently unavailable due to an ongoing system upgrade. In the meantime, compute details can be manually requested by submitting a Support Request Form, available in both the Help + Support Module and the Usage tab under Billing Info in the Settings module.

Steps to Submit a New Support Request for a Usage Report

  1. Go to the Usage tab and click the Raise Ticket button.

The New Support Request form will appear on the screen.

  1. Fill in the Title and provide a brief Description in the designated fields (highlighted in red).
  2. Verify or Select Tenant and Instance as required from the drop-down menu option.
  3. Choose the Priority level using the radio button.

  1. Scroll down and verify or select Usage Report from menu options under Product.
  2. then set the Type by checking the Request radio button.

  1. Use Attachment to upload related documents.
  2. Complete all fields and click Submit.
  3. Track your request status and report under Help + Support.
