Business Applications

• SkyAuth - Enhancements: Prior auth release includes OKTA Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure and seamless access, along with improved User Management tools to make account administration easier. Plus, a range of bug fixes ensures better performance and reliability across the board.
• Unified Navigation bar: We’ve introduced a new unified navigation bar that lets users seamlessly switch between applications without needing to log in to each one separately, making the experience faster and more convenient. Additionally, we’ve incorporated the SkyAuth and SkyReferral applications, expanding access and enabling a more integrated, connected workflow across the platform.
• SkyCommand - Enhancements: The latest SkyCommand enhancements bring greater efficiency and intelligence to your workflow. We’ve added a Help and Support module for raising and resolving tickets directly within each app, improved Power BI integration with accurate data filters, introduced an AI Briefing feature for generating KPI insights using custom or default prompts, and launched a Task Management module to easily create, assign, and track tasksall from one place.
• SkyChat - Enhancements: The latest SkyChat enhancements focus on improving security and personalization. Admins can now manage agent-level access, restricting users from viewing specific agents’ data to enhance compliance and data security. Additionally, users can personalize their experience with new options to customize the application theme.

Unified Data Platform

• SkyStudio - Streamlined Experience: To deliver a faster, more focused experience, we’ve retired legacy modules such as Enrichment, Timeline, Automate, Billing Info, Export, Audience, and Metrics. These removals reduce complexity, improve load times, and bring SkyStudio in line with our modernized product architecture.
• Okta SSO Support: Skypoint Apps now support authentication through Okta Single Sign-On (SSO), providing a secure and seamless login experience. This enhancement simplifies user access by allowing organizations to leverage existing enterprise credentials for unified sign-in across all Skypoint applications.
• Unified P360 - Standardization via SkyStudio MDM: Unified P360 is now powered by SkyStudio’s MDM capabilities to standardize and unify patient and resident data across all systems. Through secure data ingestion, normalization of FHIR and non-FHIR formats, and rule/ML-based matching, each individual is assigned a persistent GUID/EMPI. The resulting Golden P360 layer provides a single, unified view of every patient or resident for easier reporting and analysis.
• SkyStudio - Dashboard Enhancements: The skyStudio™ dashboard introduces two new widgets — Dataflow and Scheduler — and refined UI updates that improve visibility, usability, and operational efficiency.
